SOFTBALL TEAM WINS TWO MORE

The Appomattox Insurance softball team picked up two more victories last night over HM Roofing 14-2 and 12-2 and with one week left in the regular season the AI team holds a two game lead in the league. I think there were more injuries last night than we had all year but the good news is that they are all pretty minor. The injuries are Ricky bad heel, David hamstring, Brian sore shoulder or back and Mickey bad left foot and ankle, we are all listed as day to day. The Detroit Tigers beat the A's 8-5 last night and now lead the AL Championship Series 2-0, the NL Series was rained at out last night in New York and they will play game 1 tonight. There are two college football games involving ACC schools tonight with Virginia Tech-2.5 playing at Boston College and Temple playing at Clemson-44. Also tonight they will qualify for this weeks Nextel Cup race at the Lowe's Motor Speedway. I found this old slide form back in the 70's and it appears that Keith was a Virginia Tech fan back then, why did he switch is he really a Hokie fan in disguise.
