The Green Bay Packers lost to the Chicago Bears last night 20-17 and with the win fall to 2-1 on the season while the Bears are only undefeated team in the NFC with a 3-0 record. The Packers just made way to many mistakes to win including 19 penalties and a late turnover which handed the game to the Bears, the Packers special team played horrible as well. The Cincinnati Reds magic number remains at 1 game and the Reds can clinch a playoff spot tonight with a win against the Astros or a Cardinals loss against the Pirates. Well we did get some much needed rain unfortunately it was no wear enough however we have another shot of rain later in the week. Have a good day. Mickey
You skip breakfast to save calories.
Ignoring breakfast isn't going to save big calories. Trust us. You'll become so ravenous, you'll likely gobble down whatever you can get your hands on at the following meal. The reasons: Physically, your blood sugar plummets, making you feel famished; emotionally, you may feel entitled to consume more. Plus, when you deprive yourself of food, your body thinks there isn't a source of nourishment readily available. As a result, your metabolism moves at a snail's pace. And we all know — the slower your metabolism, the harder it'll be to lose weight.
