RENEGADES LET ONE SLIP AWAY, UVA STARTS THERE ACC SHEDULE TODAY
The Richmond Renegades let one slip away last night against Huntsville Havoc falling 6-3. The Gades lead after the 1st period 3-1 but unfortunately they had to play two more periods which they didn't show up for. The Gades will return back home next Saturday & Sunday. The Virginia Cavilers open up there ACC schedule today at Georgia Tech against the Yellow Jackets, last night the VCU Rams picked up another win beating the Hampton Pirates 59-54. Well the NFL regular season comes to an end today and the Green Bay Packers will be playing host to the 0-15 Lions, it wouldn't suprise me if the Lions won this game. The Redskins finish out there season at San Francisco this afternoon. The ACC didn't fair to well yesterday in bowl action yesterday going 1-2, Florida State picked up the win while both North Carolina & Miami lost close games. I think today will be the last day of Christmas leftovers here at the house, I don't think I can eat to much more roast beef for a while. After being off for the last 4 days I will be heading back to work tomorrow which will likely cause my PAIN index to rise. MICKEY

Calorie balance is like a scale. To remain in balance and maintain your body weight, the calories consumed (from foods) must be balanced by the calories used (in normal body functions, daily activities, and physical activity).
Buying Gifts For Next Year
Any item such as gift sets or baking equipment can be gifted the following year or during the year as birthday presents. Just remember that just because it doesn't cost much doesn't mean it's a good deal. Some of the things leftover are leftover because they weren't salable at regular price so pick carefully.
Researchers have found that those who own a dog have lower blood pressure than those who don't. If you don't have a pooch, visit a friend's: Petting an animal for just a couple of minutes helps relieve stress, studies show.
Is it true that no two snowflakes are identical?
Yes and no. No two snowflakes are exactly identical, down to the precise number of water molecules, spin of electrons, isotope abundance of hydrogen and oxygen, etc. On the other hand, it is possible for two snowflakes to look exactly alike and any given snowflake probably has had a good match at some point in history. Since so many factors affect the structure of a snowflake and since a snowflake's structure is constantly changing in response to environmental conditions, it is improbable that anyone would see two identical snowflakes.
