the crawford county eagles started the season off right yesterday by trouncing their arch rival school 54-7. the eagles were impressive on both sides of the ball yesterday, and remain healthy to fight again next week. the eagles ran up the score on taylor county as payback for posting 50+ points on them last year. the eagles coach even went for two with a 40-7 lead. ya gotta love a good rivalry. dusty did play well even knocking his man down a few times. scottie got in the game just in time to watch the clock wind down , but the ball was never snapped. maybe next time he'll have better luck. scotties best friend derrell is the back up QB and he scored 1 TD almost scoring another running the ball. he played very well.
