Denny Hamlin picked up his 1st victory of the season yesterday at New Hampshire holding off Jeff Gordon for the victory. Although Denny has ran well all year he was glad to get the win, he remains 2nd in the Nextel Cup point standings. Next week they will be racing at the Daytona International Speedway and it is night race. My AIP index is very high this morning for a variety of reasons. The biggest reason is that my side is hurting from using my weighted exercise ball, my allergy's are really bothering me and left bottom wisdom is tooth is a bit tender as well and that combination of issues whose AIP wouldn't be high. It was a cool 59 degrees here in CH this morning but it is suppose to climb into the low 80's by this afternoon. How are things going at the beach, are there any photos yet, looks like the H20 temp is in the low to mid 70's. Vacation is just around the corner. MICKEY

It is cool this morning with a nice wind blowing. The temperature ia 72 but it is suppose to get to the 80. Nice beach day.

i remember when savage was killed, that was the same race that salt walters crashed at the begining of the race and sent fuel into the stands burning several people and burned one on his hands together! no a good day for the 500. i think aj or rutherford won
