HAPPY APRIL FOOLS DAY

I have to say that April Fools Day came a day early for the Richmond Renegades as they were embarrassed last night at the RC by the Knoxville Ice Bears 8-2 in game 2 of there best of 3 series. It looked pretty good after 1 period when the score was 0-0 but after that it was all Knoxville, the Gades also lost there enforcer Matt Goody for more than a few games when he picked up a double game misconduct in the 3rd period. Game 3 of the series will be in Knoxville Tuesday night, if the Gades win it will shock me, I don't know how they won game 1 of the series as bas as they looked last night. In college baseball yesterday UVA knocked off Virginia Tech again 11-4, they will play game 3 of there weekend series at 1pm today. Also tonight the 2007 Major League Baseball season will open in St. Louis with the Mets visiting the Cardinals, the rest of the league will have there openers Monday and Tuesday. The NCAA basketball championship game will be a rematch of the NCAA championship football game with Florida meeting Ohio State again, lets hope the Buckeyes play better than they did in the football game. Also yesterday former blogger Gary Fox ran in the Ukrop's 10K run in Richmond, his time was 54:44 not bad for a 53 year old man. Well I am not quite as frustrated with Thursdays baseball game as I was but I am growing more frustrated with this computer by the day. MICKEY
