NOTTOWAY AT COLONIAL HEIGHTS

The Colonial Heights baseball team returns to action today at 5pm against the Nottoway Cougars at Shepherd Stadium. It looks like it will be a nice day for baseball so if you don't have nothing else to do come on out to the ballgame. The CH softball team will also play Nottoway as well, the softball team had a tough afternoon yesterday falling to Maggie Walker Governors School 16-0. The Thomas Dale Knights and the Manchester Lancers had a pitching duel yesterday with the Knights coming up short 2-1, there wasn't much offense in this one but there was plenty of good pitching, the Knights will play at Midlothian next. The UVA baseball team will make a visit to Richmond this afternoon to play the Richmond Spiders, the Cavaliers are ranked 8th in the country. The other team I root for in college baseball the East Carolina Pirates are now ranked 23rd in the country. I hope to see everybody at the ballgame. MICKEY
