I have to say it's very hard to believe that today is August 1, the summer sure has been flying by that's for sure. The only good thing about the summer flying by is that football season is just right around the corner. Well I got a new Motorola sports watch last night and I am trying to figure out how to use all the features it has, Scott has also has one so I am going to call him this weekend so he can give me a class on how to use it. I did do for a run last night with and I was very impressed with it. I went out on the truck again yesterday but only had 10 stops so it was not to bad but all this heavy lifting the last few days has made me tired. MICKEY
