Well Scott ran is first career 5k yesterday which is one more than I have a run and he did in 26:11 and he won his age group(45-49) with that time. However there was a bit of controversy when the presentation of winners when they mistakenly gave his the 2nd place trophy and gave the guy who finished 2nd his first place trophy and the guy didn't say he got the wrong trophy. However Joy got the situation corrected with race officials. Elliott Sadler won last nights Nationwide race at the Iowa Speedway, Sadler also leads the Nationwide Series point standings by 18 over his teammate Austin Dillon. Juan Pablo Montoya captured the pole for today's race at Pocono, Denny Hamlin will join him on the front row and points leader Dale Earnhardt Jr. will start 8th. Well I went to bed early last night but I did not sleep very well at all, I have not slept good all week. MICKEY
