Well I am back on the OBX for a couple of days and I was very surprised that there really wasn't much traffic coming into the OBX last night. With CHHS graduating last night I am sure that there will be quite a few of the graduates and underclassmen heading down today for beach week. There is a bit of haze down here from forest fire burning on the mainland and you can really smell the smoke from the fire this morning. The fire has been burning for about a month now and it looks like it may burn all summer unless they get some significant rain. The CWS starts today with North Carolina facing Vanderbilt and Florida facing Texas, the Virginia Cavaliers will face Cal tomorrow at 2pm. The will qualify today for tomorrows Sprint Cup race at Michigan, I am predicting that a Ford will win this week. I did make it down to the Dunkin Donuts here at the beach and I think they one down here is better than the one at home, there donuts seem to be much more consistent.
