CH GIRLS WIN, UVA GOES FOR 7TH STRAIGHT VICTORY
The CH girls basketball team picked up another win last night defeating Hopewell 61-41, they will be back in action tonight when they travel to Matoaca. The CH boys team fell to Lee-Davis last night 39-36. The Virginia Cavaliers will be going for there 7th straight victory tonight when they play the Maryland Terrapins at Maryland, the Cavs need to win to stay even with UNC and Boston College for the top spot in the ACC. It is very cold this morning here in Colonial Heights, my outdoor temp reading on my atomic clock is showing 9.7 degrees. We could get a little light snow as well tonight with little or no accumulation, they could get a little more north of Richmond. I have decided to add Mickey's Aches & Pain Index to the blog to let everybody know how I am feeling on any certain day. The index runs from 0-10, the higher the number the worst I feel and the lower the number the better I feel. Also I didn't get much sleep because the cat was in the house and that did make my aces an pain index go up today. MICKEY

Get back on track
Fell off the exercise wagon? It's never too late to get back on! Losing your routine may slow you down, but you can get back on track in short order if you resume regular sessions. Get motivated by setting new goals; when you start back up, reduce by half the difficulty level where you left off.

i like the aches and pains index but you should get a new picture with your mickey's school of hard knocks t-shirt and use that as your file photo.
My index is 2.Fellow blogger LES posed a good question," how do bloggers Mickey , Al , Keith, Mark, and Gary list their Hair color on their driver's permit".I hope this cold weather is brief and will be gone by the end of nextweek. However, I have not rec'd any confirmation from Joim Duncan.Baseball season: As the monkey said when he got his tail cut off," it won't be long now".
Sorry about your sleeping but Miss Kitty s thankful you let her stay in the house.
mickey- you are a good guy keeping Miss Kitty in the house
How can you list your hair color if you don't have any?
shouldn't you have like a grimice on your face when the aches and pains index is above 5, you smiling and that leads me to belive that you index should be 1 or 2. and shouldn't miss kitty cause you aggiavation index go up and not your aches and pains index?
to les i have perimeter hair, atleast thats what my hair stylist says!!!!!!! and my perimeter hair is brown when its short, but turns grayer as it get longer!!!
Mickey does look good in his picture.
There are alot of guys in our family with perimeter hair. Al you can do like me and add some color to the "perimeter" that way you have no idea how much grey you have! although you better not grow a beard a mustache.
i see no beard or mustache in my furture because they both itch!! as for the grey i think donna likes it because it makes me look older and more distinguished
