The CH Colonials held on to win a wild one yesterday against Benedictine 11-9. It was a cold, damp, and windy day at L.C. Bird highs school and it sure wasn't a pretty victory for the Colonial but a none the less. The Colonials built a 5-0 lead in the 1st inning only to have Benedictine to close the gap to 5-4, and then the Colonials had a 11-4 lead entering the top of the 7th and then Benedctine battled back for 5 more runs but Kyle Mears got the last batter to K giving the Colonials an 11-9 victory. The Colonials were lead by Erik Loftis who went 3-4 with a 3run HR and 5 RBI's in the victory, Kyle Mears picked up the victory on the mound. The Colonials will now face the winner of the Meadowbrook and L.C. Bird ( monday at 6pm) game tuesday night at 7pm. The Richmond Riverdogs lost to Danbury last night 6-4 pretty much ending there chance of making the playoffs and last nights game was the last game home game of the season. The Nextel Cup Series is in Texas today. I am the beach for the day and will be back at home later tonight, it is pretty cool down here, the temp is 44 and it is windy and drizzling a bit. MICKEY

i told donna look at vince's posture its terrible!!! we can get to the chester restraunt much easier and its an added bonus for donna that its going to beside a shoe store!
