Colonials Win Again
The CH Colonials got another victory today defeating the Meadowbrook Monarchs 14-1 at Meadowbrook. It was a 2-1 game for a few innings before the Colonials broke the game open. The Colonials got HR'S from Jordan Costanada and Geordie Breidenbach and both were 3run HR's. Nathan Anger pitched 5 innings and only allowed one hit. In other cendral district action the Thomas Dale Knights were defeated by Prince George 5-4. I don't know what the score was but the JV Colonials were defeated by Meadowbroook today. Andrews team did win though. Lee are you going to join us? MICKEY

Knights Fall to District Leader, Prince George 5-4.
Justin Blankenbecler tossed a three hitter but it was not enough to down the hot Royals. The Royals jumped on the Knights in the opening frame w/ a 3 spot courtesy several Knights miscues (6 errors for game). Prince George extended their lead to 4-0 in the 3rd, but the Knights rallied for 3 in their half to make the score 4-3. The two teams traded runs in 4th and it was goose eggs the rest away. The Knights were led at the plate by 1st basemen Ryan Byrd (3 for 3) and Bart “Nickel” Burgwyn (2 for 3).
looked like the errors killed dale!
Bart's uniform number is #5. Now, you can figure it out Einstein (LOL!).
