Very hot on the beach

Well I went down to the ocean yesterday and I have to it was like getting in the bathtub because water was so warm. The water was a very warm 78 degrees with the air temperature around 97 and sand was at about 150 I believe. I could hardly make it to water before my feet where on fire. I have had any really good runs down here at all, I just can't seem to get good rhythm. Well me and Scott are getting ready to go for a run so I will talk to everybody later. Mickey
