TROPICAL STORM ERNESTO PAYS CH A VISIT

It is going to be a very rainy and blustery day here in CH, the rain hitting the window this morning woke me up early. Down at the beach they have had over 3.16 inches of rain since midnight, and they had another 2.50 inches yesterday. I hope it doesn't flood to bad under the house but I got a feeling there is going to be right much water under there. The ground down there just can't take that much water. There is also a tornado watch down on the OBX. Well the Reds didn't lose last night but they didn't win they had the night off, hopefully they will start a winning streak tonight. The Nextel Cup Series is at California this weekend before they return back to Virginia next Saturday to race at RIR. CH football scrimmage was cancelled last night, I haven't heard if they are going to make it up or not. All football games involving OBX are teams have been cancelled tonight. Down in Georgia the Crawford County Eagles open there season against Taylor County Vikings, this was the only game the Eagles won last year but I have been told the Eagles are much improved this year. I think the Eagles will win 20-12 tonight, maybe Keith and Andrew will give us there pick as well. Last night in college football BC held on to be Central Michigan 31-24 and South Carolina beat Miss St 15-0. Mom and dad keep us updated on what's down there on the OBX here on the blog. MICKEY

UPDATE 6:38 There was a fatal accident early this morning on I-95 in the area of Temple Ave, 1 person was killed and there were three critcally injured, thats all I know right now.
