ANYBODY KNOW A RAIN DANCE? WE ARE IN TROUBLE DOWN HERE. HERE IS A PIC OF LAKE HARTWELL ON THE GA. S.C. BORDER. THE WATER IS SUPPOSE TO BE UP TO THE TREE LINE.
